Slope and Aspect Analysis

Paul Anamosa conducted a thorough slope and aspect analysis of the site. His findings indicate that approximately 130 acres of the 201 acre site are below the 30% slope threshold that Sonoma County uses as a maximum slope. Terrain features like rocky outcroppings, significant trees and other elements of the landscape will reduce that to a lesser number of available acres for planting.
